Denean Ni provides technical support for the Reach 1, Reach 2, and SAFER Bay projects, and leads various special projects at the agency. She holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, and has over five years of experience in municipal utilites and capital improvement projects.
