Meetings are held monthly on the Fourth Thursday of the month at 3:30 p.m. (except in November & December which are on the 3rd Thursday due to holidays). If the designated location becomes unavailable, another meeting room in the designated city or one of the alternate city council chambers or meeting rooms may be used.

Video conferencing to enable remote attendees’ participation will continue to be made available.
